What We Ate
Saturday
Zoe was at function, and I created myself a bowl of mashed potatoes, inexperienced peppers, roasted carrots, and sausage.
Sunday
I manufactured waffles, fried cornmeal mush, and bacon.
Monday
Monday and Tuesday were being my clinical times this 7 days, and as you now know, we get out at 8:3o, and we get a dinner break all around 6:00.
Sooo, on Monday morning I designed a pot of this creamy tortellini and kale soup, and I packed that as my evening meal, alongside with some fruit.
This is the To Go Ware container I’ve experienced for ages. So terrific for packing anything at all that doesn’t have to have to be microwaved. Lightweight, requires up pretty much no house, doesn’t absorb smells.
Ok, I also packed some cinnamon pretzels. Ha.
Tuesday
Just a repeat of Tuesday, since what is the position of generating points harder than they want to be??
Wednesday
I experienced a supper get-jointly with some buddies, and I brought some French bread.
Zoe created herself some French toast.
Thursday
I made use of the leftover French bread to make some grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, with roasted carrots and fruit on the aspect.
Friday
Zoe’s got a late shift tonight so….I’ll almost certainly make a person of my common egg/veggie bowls for one particular. 😉
