Vision
Life can be such a wonderful and beautiful thing to live if we live it to it’s fullest. If we live our life without placing unnecessary limitations upon ourselves then we can do anything.
I love thinking about my boys future and all that they have ahead of them. All the possibilities. There will be many struggles along the way too, but hopefully they will be outweighed with their triumphs. With them being so young their opportunities are truly limitless. My job as their parent is to guide them and expose them to as many interests as possible so they can find their own “vision” on the way.
I enjoy talking with my clients that are high school and college age. They seem to have a sense of wonder about them. They seem like there’s this distant timeline they’re on that has some relevance (but not really), and they’re supposed to know what they want to do or where they want to go but have no idea. It’s still so exciting and so fresh! The beginning of finding their own “vision“.
Then somewhere along they way we start to loose that sense of wonder and possibility and replace it with responsibility. We begin to think about all of the things that we have to do instead of the things that we would like to do. Yes, not everything is practical…I wanted to be a rock star when I was five and obviously that didn’t happen…or did it.

Sure, I’m not a rock star to you…but I am to my boys. My hubby loves the way I sing and his family doesn’t mind it so much either at our get togethers. So then yes…I am a rock star!
The world is full of possibilities! Our lives are busy but each and every one of us are important! If there are things that you want to do in this life or things that you want to try…don’t be the limitation that holds yourself back. Regain your “vision“.
