- Take fruits as a food throughout the day.

- Lunch should be taken with fruits like watermelon and apples scheduled between 12.00 to 1.30 p.m. in the afternoon.
- Dinner must comprise with fruits such as oranges, kiwi fruits, and melons.
- Consume orange juice and coconut water as beverages for midday.
- Take only vegetables as a food.
- Breakfast must be comprised of potatoes & olive oil or ghee.
- Lunch should be salads of vegetables, but mayonnaise as a side dish is not preferable.
- Dinner can be taken with broccoli, cabbages, cucumber and asparagus.
- Cherry Tomatoes can be taken as snacks during mid-day.
- Consuming both fruits and vegetables.
- Breakfast must include apples or melons.
- Tomatoes with lettuce and cucumber salads must be taken as lunch.
- Boiled vegetables can be taken for dinner.
- Fruits can be had as an additive food, but bananas are not allowed.
- Only three forms of food for day 4, which are Bananas, Milk, and Soup.
- Breakfast is taken in the form of bananas with milk.

Since it is rapid phase diet scheme, there are possibilities of certain side effects, they are
